Coming up on Kayak and fishing season

For those of you who like to Kayak let me know if your visiting Arkansas. I have floated the vast majority of the rivers and have the details you need. Likewise for fishing.

Best time to hit AR rivers is April. And paddle faster I hear banjos.

I’ve got to get my kayak out and float the river here 1/2 mile in back of our house. We have rivers here in western Va that you can’t float, you can float them but you WILL be arrested for trespassing. King George gave the land and the river to the people and they own it. Sounds unreasonable, I know, but it has been taken to court and appealed and the land owners always win.

Had similar battles here and paddlers won. However, I am a landowner on Cadron Creek so I understand both sides of the debate.
