Slideout Extreme Tilt?

Can anyone comment on the extreme tilt while moving the hydraulic room slides out into position? We have a new 3921FB. We traded in a 2013 3900FB. I don't believe the old one having an such an extreme tilt like this one.

When you hit the "out button" on the command control, the room begins to slideout. However, the bottom moves first while the top is still in contact with the outside wall. If you stop the slide movement at this point and measure, the bottom is out approximately 8" and the top is 0".

Is this normal or should I be concerned about a problem down the road?

BTW, inside along the floor where the slide comes in contact with it seems to really have a lot of downward pressure.

Thanks, Tony
