Improper seal installation or blocked drain holes at the pan would be my first two things to check.

Still, look at the seal and the holes. More fan power can blow water away or keep it from forming, but it shouldn't have to.

Is it possible that the condensation is leaking back into the hole in the roof. There is a gsasket between the AC and the roof. I would think you would need to be pretty far from level for it to happen? It is usually clogged drain holes as mentioned earlier.

That gasket or seal is what DQ Dick and I were referring to, and could be pinched or not tightened properly.

It only does this in the auto setting the cold air duct fills up with water until it runs out in the cold air return vent and filter it does not do it on the high setting but the AC never shuts off on high

Update on rear AC, we took coach back to dealer there was issue with dometic air prior to July 17, 2015, wiring harness was hanging in cold air return hole had to be tied up. Had to have more drain holes drilled in lower pan. Had AC on auto setting all night and it is hot and humid and so far no drips. All covered under warranty. We hope this solves our problem. We really like our coach and walnut ridge has been outstanding in helping us with this and also Montana has been a great help, would highly recommend Montana to anyone.
