Shower Gray Tank Valve Replacement

We suspect we have a faulty gate valve on our gray shower tank. First appt available at nearby dealer is June 10. We're full-timers but have access to showers at the campground.

Thing is, the guys (DH and another guy here) suspect this is a totally do-able fix, but are somewhat perplexed at gaining access to the valve. We know the underbelly has to come off, etc.

Does anyone have a link where I could get a diagram of the valve, its placement, etc.? If they could get a bit more info., it would help them decide whether they want to tackle this or we'll just wait to get to the dealer. I'm still looking online for something like this, but thought someone might have some info.

Underbelly seems to be one big piece and runs over the bars that apparently support the tanks. Thinking this could be an issue getting the underbelly out and then back in again, etc.

Thanks!

My question would be : why do you think you have a gate valve problem with the shower grey tank? Hard to pull is usually dry cable related. Very easy to pull and standing water in shower NOT caused by flapper valve in shower drain stuck shut would mean a disconnect at the valve. Reading on panel showing full is usually the monitor not reading correctly and most of the time these never work. John

P.s. only the rearmost metal bar supports the tank and this is at the end of both tanks. The valve for each tank is just a little further rearward from this point. Usually you can see the rear of the tanks if you remove the plastic wall inside the pass thru that is used to access the convenience center plumbing. At least that is the case on my unit. John
