Kudos to Keystone

The front skirting around the garage came away from the unit and a big bulge popped out from the trim. This happened 4 weeks after warranty was up. Keystone told me to take it to dealer and he would have to get an authorization. In my opinion it was definitely a manufacturing defect as the holes in the metal skirt had no screws through them.

I took it in today and 4 hours later it was repaired no charge ( I did not buy from the repairing dealer as they don't carry Montana's).

Kudos as well to Flint Hills RV in Andover KS for their quick repair.

Great to hear. I'll put them on my list of places to go when needed.

We have the same problem with the garage panel around the storage door on the curb side slipping down. When I lifted the rubber skirt you could see that there was never a screw through the panel hole. I have repaired it, but assume it will slip back down in the future because the panel cannot be pushed upwards far enough to align the screw hole with the screw. Definitely a manufacturing defect. I did call Keystone customer service and they said it was out of warranty and to take it to the nearest Montana dealer for repairs.

I've also used Flint Hills RV in KS for some Montana repairs. They turned in my axle alignment paperwork to Keystone and were instumental in getting me reimbursed for the alignment expenses incurred. I've also had them order me a replacement decal or two which they did without hesitation. As stated, they do have Keystone products, but don't carry the Montana line. I bought out of state which made NO difference to them ... they were courteous and helpful.
