Grey water handle pulled out

Has anyone had cable handle for grey water pull out completely? Should we tackle ourselves or have it done? We have 2015 Montana 3440RL.

On a previous rig, I had the handle separate from the valve cable because a nut on the inside of the frame came loose. I fixed it by cutting a small door in the underbelly material and foil insulation, reattached the nut and taped the door area with black gorilla tape. The only other approach is to lower the entire underbelly. It could be a simple repair, and if not then you can call in reinforcements.

mine broke at the nut, its the one for the sink and located right in front of the wheel. what a pain you can't hardly get to it with the slide in. I didn't even know where it was untl the kitchen sink filled up. who in there right mind puts a drain handle where you can't get to it? my plan is to cut the line after it exits the underbelly cover but before it hits the main line and install a new one where you can actualy use it.
