Sorry Steve. I meant the outer leg that is powered down. Not the manual inside leg with the holes...

Good info by all.
I got my breaker at an auto parts store, it fits in the fuse holder, neatly.
Sometimes we run the legs down, and touch the switch a little too much on the other side of it and it reverses. That will blow it every time.

On our 2010 the legs have a breaker, not a fuse, everytime I get into some compartment I find something new

I think ours just has the breaker as well (2010 3455SA). I have hunted and hunted and the only thing I see wired in-line is a breaker. The only in-line fuse I found in the front compartment is for the rear stabilizers and is 15A (if I remember correctly).

Maybe the 2010 models have a resetting breaker. But, just in case, the fuse in our rig is fully enclosed. It's the GM blade type fuse. It is in a holder which then has a cap on it to fully enclose the fuse. Thought I'd mention this just in case it's being overlooked. If nothing like that is in the 2010's then Keystone is now using an auto resetting breaker, a move I would applaud.

I should have figured that out, Dave. Got it too big a hurry, I guess. Sorry.

What year and model do you have? I can snap and post a pic, but if you don't have close to my model and year, Keystone changed it

I blew mine last Sunday, haven't time to look for it but I am told it is behind the battery case in the front compartment. I hope to check that out tomorrow. Thank goodness for the manual crank.

The right red/orange wire is your focus - specifically the one behind the battery vent hose

Below is a close up of my 40 amp (sticker right on the fuse holder) fuse in this holder that the red wire goes into and out of.

Thanks so much, but I don't have anything like that. The only fuse case I have is a 15amp and I don't know what that is for. I tested the fuse anyway and it tested ok. I still don't know what to do. I guess I will contact the dealership on Monday and see if they can walk me through something. Thanks for taking the time to send me the pics....

As a note for those viewing this, this is the front compartment of a 3400RL without a gen prep and it was built 7/18/2006 (officially a 2007).

Dave, I was going to go out and take pictures to post. I'm glad I read the rest of the thread first! Ours looks just like yours. But, then, ours was built exactly one month later than yours.. 8/18/06, which also was our youngest son's 34th birthday.

Nice job on the pictures. Thanks.

Our fuse is similar, but the wire is pink and located to the left of the vent hose. I haven't yet replaced the fuse with a breaker (lotsa fuses, though) but, not wanting to procrastinate, I'll get to it very soon.

I replaced the fuse last week, piece of cake to find thanks to the pics here. I just bought a little "tin" of fuses for 2 bucks. First fuse I have ever blown in the landing gear. Hopefully I won't pull the landing gear up to high again. Time to mark the legs.
