Calling all volunteers/helpers for a catered lunch by Keystone. @Jeffba and I are co-coordinators. We are looking for helpers to set up and tear down afterwards. The luncheon is generously donated by Keystone.
The luncheon will be held on
Monday, September 16th in the ECCC Building, Room “B”. To help facilitate the number of people that will be attending the luncheon, (approximately 400 people) we will need approximately 10 – 12 people, 5 or 6 couples (
don’t be shy it’s a great time to meet new friends and make connections with past friendships)!!! This is an easy activity because everything will be provided, all we have to do is set up the buffet line, tables/chairs and decorations. (Don’t worry we won’t let Jeff pick out the decorations … haha)
We will all need to
meet at 11:30 am
(Lunch will start at 12 noon)
Guest speaker from Keystone, Mark Krol presentation will be from 1:00
– 3:30 pm
Clean up afterwards to prepare for the next event that will start at 4:00
PM (White Elephant/Musical Gift Exchange)
Inside your packet there will be a map and directions to the various buildings and events.
