In the past experiences with wireless systems have not been positive. Try Tim at RV Cams, many of us have got systems from him, reasonable, good customer service after the sale.

Ken, I have no experience with the system you posted, but about 3 years back I did try another wireless camera system in the $400 range ... results were dissapointing so I returned it. True or not, I was told by the tech that came to my fiver that the aluminum frames of some manufacturers cause problems depending on where you mount the camera itself. There is a backup system out with a repeater that goes towards the front of the fiver, but I'm not familiar with the performance. My wireless system would give a passable picture until I started moving down the road, then it would blip in and out. While going thru towns, I would catch feeds from neighborhood security cameras right on my cab monitor! I too went with Tim at RV cams ... its a wired system, but works great day or night. Really doesn't take all that much to do an inframe install either.

A little tidbit of information that I gleaned through the process of having our camera system installed may be worth mentioning. When we originally ordered the 3750FL, there was an option for a factory installed, wireless rear-view camera system that we specified. After we received the rig (without the system), we learned that Keystone-Montana had dropped this option. They had been installing the Voyager wireless system, but were having problems. After a few discussions with Keystone-Montana reps, I learned that they were having intermittent problems with the wireless system. They informed me that the intermittent problems were primarily associated with Chevrolet and GM trucks. They did not isolate the problem, but rather than selling a system that was not 100% compatible, they decided to forgo the option. I then ended up with a dealer installed hard-wired Voyager system which we are extremely pleased with. My conclusion from all of this and the posts thus far in this thread is to be very cautious with any wireless systems since it appears there are bugs and problems prevalent with the systems that are currently available.
