Kitchen/Living Room Breaker

Now I know that you don't run a floor heater and a toaster oven at the same time cause it will always throw the breaker. But mine is throwing it with just the TV and a couple of lights on. I am thinking that we must have a weak breaker, planing on getting a new one. Anyone else having a problem with breakers????
