Freezer temp norcold

My freezer compartment is showing -25 which is 10 deg colder then my house freezer. The fridge temp is in the normal range but getting condensation on ceiling below freezer . ?is there any way to adjust the freezer temp and has any one had condensation on ceiling of fridge below freezer. Only shows condensation on right hand side. Door seals appear to be ok.

Not droughting you, but I have never seen an RV fridge with freezer temps below zero. Most get into the single digjets at best.

The best I have seen our freezer is 9 degrees F, which is -13 C. I have never seen a normally operating absorption refrigerator freezer in these rigs much colder than that. What may be happening is your fridge is operating without any control and does not shut down when it should. You should at least check to see what number your fridge is set at. If it is at 9, then you should set it to maybe 5 to see where your temperature goes to. 9 is coldest and 1 is warmest.

if you are showing -25 C or -25 F your refrig is obivious not working correctly. Norcold says 20 degree is t.pretty typical. and, the coldest spot on the freezer is the bottom left side.

call norcold service.
