Shouldn't be a problem at all. You can probably order a round plastic vent from your dealer, mine has one in it. You could get a Tee from a duct work supplier in Denver, block off 1/3 of the main run to the bedroom, and it will split off air to the bathroom.
Don't put a rectangular vent in, a small 3" or so Keystone plastic one, will work fine for the CFM you need there.
