Wheel removal..Keystone,Glenn ,Lonnie.............

With all the stringent rules about torqueing a wheel using the three step torque method, what is the proper procedure on removing a wheel /tire to change a flat, rotate the tires, bearing maintenance ect.???Nothing in the books about it that I can find.Any help is appreciated.(Ozz, have you modified your wheels yet????) Bill

No Bill, they go round and round with no complaints, I thnk I will leave them alone. I will eyeball the Mission tires a little better now, knock on wood, they seem super....so far.
Bill, I think in the removal of the wheels, it doesn't matter, but maybe a guy should go opposite just for kicks, when loosening the lug nuts.

I agree, any lug pattern that gets them off the axle.

If you are considering rotating the trailer tires I would suggest the right side to the left side and vice versa. Be sure to get them balanced while you have them off the trailer.

Well I must admit that when I had a flat on my right rear of the Monty I found it useful to place a bottle jack under the axle before I took the wheel off. Darn nail anyway. Course others may argue the point of how you get the wheel off the ground.
