I have had numerous requests to add a "Last Updated ___/___/_____" to the montanaowners.com pages. After a bit of research I think I have what you have been asking for. On pages that are regularly updated such as, the members rigs, the RV related links and a few others, you will notice in the upper left hand corner Last Updated: 5/3/2007. If I did it properly the date will change whenever I update that particular page. What it WILL NOT show is just exactly what the update was. You will only know an update was done on such and such a date and it will be up to you figure out the actual change.

BTW-There were 3 additions to the Members Rigs Pages.

Thanks, Glenn - this is better but we still have to open up every item to see when it was updated - I thought you might be able to just add it the the HTML on the homepage allowing us to only open those that were updated since our last visit.

A whole lot easier said than done. As it is I have a tough time finding the time just for the updates. We have some members that waited up to 2 weeks or more for me to post their rig to the rigs pages. It takes time just to do all the individual updates and than having to change each link on the home page every time would be too much.
I have had emails, PMs and even posts requesting the "Last Updated:" tag for months and in the past week I finally found the time to research it and put it in place. This tag is supposedly automatic and I'm still not 100% sure it will even work. An update on the links on the home page would be entirely manual with me manually changing the dates on each and every link every time that link was updated.

Good addition, Glenn! I've always liked being able to see what has been updated. Thanks for doing this.
