Water Heater seems not to be working
We have a 2021 3813MS.
We just opened it for the season and the water heater does not seem to be working.
I turned the switch on in the main panel which seems to be the only switch I see.
Any ideas?

There should also be a switch at the water heater. Have you tried the gas also?

No switch that I saw at the heater itself.
Just now trying the gas side. But when I turn on the gas switch at the main panel I get a “fault” light also just above the switch.

If you look in the files section which is next to User CP in the second brown bar on the page there is a troubleshooting guide for the water heater. If you turned the water heater on even momentarily without water you likely burned out the element. They are inexpensive and easy to replace.
For the gas side you may have air in the line, run the stove for a couple of minutes to clear it out.

Is your water heater bypassed for the winter?

Try pushing the 2 reset buttons on the outside.
Also make sure the outside switch is on.
In gas mode you will get a fault light for 30 seconds while it goes through its self test sequence.
Also make sure your furnace fuse is good (test the furnace). They are connected somewhere. One time I had the furnace fuse out for troubleshooting and discovered the water heater wasn't working.
Also, there is a 5A red inline fuse behind the water heater switch, behind the main control panel.

It's very easy to overlook the outside on/off switch. Mine is actually hidden behind the piping and other items.

That fault light will light every time the gas side lights and will go off as soon as the gas is burning. This is normal and expected. The electric switch on the water heater itself is somewhat hidden, but will be located on the left lower corner and is a small black rocker switch, and is positioned that ON is down instead of up like you would normally expect a switch to be mounted.

Bad element in the heater and the reset switch’s were bad as well.
All under warranty by Keystone!
Thanks everyone for all the input.
