We spent all but 20 days (holidays & trips to Alabama away) in our Montana last year. We spent 6 months in Hays, Kansas, 5 months in Cheyenne,Wyoming and December in south Texas. We will spend all year (hopefully) here in south Texas and not have to move again until our job is complete sometime in mid 2010.

365 days with about 5000 miles. We are still working full time until June of this year. We are staying in a campground while working but still like to get out and just camp. Can't wait to fully retire so we can really full time and see more of the country.

We got out 4 weekends and 2 one week long vacations last year. Didn't pull it very far, mainly right here in Iowa

We use the Cambridge about 100 days per year on average although last year was less due to Victoria's accident. Our average tow is about 8000 miles with a high of 13,000 and a low of 1,500.

60 or 70 days last year. As a bonus, Dave is self-employed and was able to travel to a CG near a client's site in New Brunswick, so Kathy could visit her relatives!

Like most other MOCers that are still working we get in about 30 days per year and of course love to hear about the fulltimers adventures. Our claim to fame is we travel from Ohio to Seattle every other year, so we get a chance to see some really neat country.

We stay in ours about 7 months out of the year. We use it to visit family and it gives us a place to stay and not be a pest to our daughters as we get to see the grandkids. We still have our stick house and check in on it ever 3 months or so.

We spend 5-6 months in Az for the winters and then when we can get into our river lot we spend another 3 months there. We are not home for long. To answer the question, around 250 days a year.

We retired but we aren't full-timers. We consider ourselves some-timers. I guess part-timers is the correct phrase but that does not sound like enough.

We overnight in the rig about 50-60 days a year. If we are traveling far in the rig, we have never (and hope never) stay overnight in some other facility if we have our 5er. We'll overnight in a campground to hookup (we might not unhitch the trailer but level it best we can).

However, we vacation travel using our truck or car without the Montana and still stay in a RV facility (some kind of cabin) greater than 50% of the time. The other times are a hotel/motel (or cruise ship).

I am not even counting the nights I tent camp or backpack. My wife no longer does that but I still love roughing and toughing it probably 10 nights a year.

Such versatility, eh?

Last year, we spent about 100 some nites in the fiver. Started the season in our 04 Keystone Challenger and wrapped up the season in our new 08 Monty. DW and I both work fulltime owning our own business.

Normally 365/366 but at present we are taking care of my mother and have the Montana in storage. Hope to get back on the road soon, atleast for some short trips. This season I am working for the Forest Service about 40 miles from my mothers house. We had to turn down positions in the Northwest and Wy to stay here.

We usually enjoy a couple of trips each year along with a few weekend trips. We have ours parked next to our house and when we want we can just step out of the back door and into the Monty. It’s like having an additional apartment on the end of our house. There have been times when we’ve enjoyed sleeping / napping in it even though it’s parked at the house. It’s a very handy set up to say the least. We will also use it for guest quarters as well.
