Sofa Couch

We have a 2016 Montana High Country with a bunk bedroom in the rear. There is a couch that pulls out to a bed. My issue is that when you set it up it slants back so your head is about 5 inches lower than your feet. Not very comfortable. Has anyone else seen this? It's almost like they made the legs too long by mistake. I guess i could take the legs off and cut them down. Thanks
