OHMYGOD
Well we finally broke down and decided to jump in the deep end. This morning we signed a purchase order for an '08 3075RL from Tiara RV Sales in Elkhart, IN. I had been emailing back and forth with them for a while and this morning they talked numbers that we were happy with. So, next Monday, we are scheduled for our PDI. Now I gotta find that point within the forum where the PDI checklists are linked. Any help on that would be appreciated. We asked them to add slide-out awnings and a 5.5K Onan MicroQuiet gasoline generator. Our own little 4.0K just won't do with a 50 amp system. It looks like the financing is going to go OK, so, if Onan can get us scheduled in for the generator install, we will be OK. I won't post the numbers, but Tiara did make us happy.

Congrats on your New Montana and we won't ask what you paid for it. Just enjoy and be safe. I looked at your profile. Is Brad really 6? The USAF had a unique serviceman! Thanks for your service and good luck. Dennis

Oops. I changed that age to what it really is "66". I did 23 active duty AF and then went to work for the Army and did 20 with them. ENOUGH!! Now I just work as a private contractor whenever I want to buy a new toy.

Rogue,
Thanks a lot. I keep forgetting about that page. I have printed the PDI checklist and will try not to beat the technicians over their heads with it.
Thanks again.

lasater,
Tiara RV has made Gail and I happy a couple of times. Of course, we are just on the opposite side of town from them.

It has been suggested by others on other forums to videotape your PDI. This way you have a record of things you find, what they tell you, and a reminder of things that you may only hear once.
I wish I had remembered this before we purchased our Monty.
