leak on both slides

I have a 2010 Montana 2955RL with 2 slides. After an all night rain, the carpet is wet all along the wall in both slides. It is not the seal between the slide and the unit - there is no water close to the joint - just along the wall. Any suggestions? Any similar problems? - Any solutions?

Not sure what the slides look like on your model, but many of us have had corner leaks in our bedroom slides that came from a 4" trim piece on the outer lower edge of the slide that needed to be caulked along the top. If your slides have a similar trim piece that would be one place to look.

Check the butyl seals around the windows, where the flange and outer wall surface are sealed. We had a problem with one and ended up applying silicone to stop the leak. The gap was barely enough to slip a sheet of paper into.

I had the same problem. Further investigation I found the floor rotten. The water lays on the bottom of this trim piecee and wicks up. Move the matters and bed platform as I found some mold there. I replaced the complete slide floor.
Good luck

Where did you find the actual leak and what did you do to solve the leak problem? I have been in under the bed and am doing OK drying the carpet and keeping the mold and rot at bay - I need to know where to attack the leak. Thanks for your help.
