Dryer Vent

Hi All,
I am going to install a washer and dryer side by side in our 3725RL. It is prepped for washer and dryer but the only prep for the dryer appears to be the power receptacle. There is no dryer vent so this I will have to cut out.
Has anyone done this on the 3725RL or where the W/D is in a slide.
I am not to concerned about doing it but I always ask for the advice of others who may have done something already.
Thanks,
John

If you have dew in the morning. Look at the outside of your w/d slide. You should be able to see the frame pattern on the outside wall. That will help you ensure you don't hit frame.

Second option is to call Keystone Customer service and ask for guidance on where to put the hole.

Good luck and safe travels.

I had mine installed at Lazy Days. If you want I can make an exact measurement on where they installed it.

Thanks for the replies. The dew idea should be good for locating the frame members.
JandC if you have time I would appreciate the measurements. The DW would not like me drilling and then going whoops, uh-oh.

Just think, a whoops, uh-oh would be bad when drilling thru the side of your rig, but better than the Surgeon operating on you going Whoops, Uh-oh!

Camping World installed ours. I measured the vent on the outside of the slide-out. The center of the hole is 12" up from the bottom edge and 14.5" in from the right side edge. Remember this is measuring on the outside!

Hope this helps. If you need a picture let me know.

Mine is almost the same measurement. As you are facing that slide, to the center of the vent measure over from the right edge 14 1/2". Measure up from the bottom of that slide 11". That is how mine is centered. Judging from Scott's measurements compared to mine, the key to being between the studs is making sure you measure over 14 1/2".
