Auto leveling system
We like our Montana 3721RL bought new 2/17. Only problem we've had is our auto leveling system. We are full timers, 3 of our hydraulic cylinders (jacks) are leaking through gland seals. We went on a 4 day trip returned on found our BAL 2305 king pin stabilizer broke. Camper had lowered. Been three different Camping worlds to be fixed no parts can't get and so on. I think the issue is with the solenoid controlling the directional valve have no schematic of system. We have to level camper twice a week.Taking coach to camping world of el paso Texas the 20th of June. Wondering if anyone has had this issue thanks.

Give Lippert Customer Service a call. They are very helpful and easy to work with but there may be a serious line first thing on a monday.

Keep us in the loop on what you find out. We have a 2018 3720RL and hope it doesn’t repeat.
All the best.

Maybe you should take it somewhere other than CW!

We have not experienced that particular issue. Good point that after three different CW failures, why go to a fourth CW. We also have had great results from Lippert Customer Service both with telephonic diagnostics and in getting parts direct. Best bet, give them a call.

I've never had any issues with my Auto Leveling system. After 3 attempts at Campingworld, I would definitely go somewhere else. At the very least, contact the CW General Manager. I had some work done last year and the service was very sub par. I spoke to the GM who listened and was concerned. I returned for some additional work this year and was extremely satisfied. Good luck to you.

The front levelers are tied together and you should be able to see the solenoid on the top of the streetside ram. On the end of the solenoid is a fitting that you can put a 1/8 inch Allen key into. This is a partial turn counter clockwise to open and allow both rams to collapse and partial turn to clockwise to fully close it so that no fluid flow by occurs and they stay where you put them. With bottle Jacks under the front of the frame OR your truck hooked up to the pin box, make sure the solenoid I'd fully closed by gently turning it clockwise. If you note the color of the wiring on that solenoid, you can trace it inside the front to the manifolds. Don't be heavy handed turning that Allen key or you will create more problems than you want to have.
