How many miles?
Just curious how many miles you MOCers have on your trucks? I have 148,000 on my 2003 of which I am the only owner. I usually use it strictly for towing which is why the low mileage. As it gets older my maintenance expense increases but still cheaper than buying new.

Had 110k on my 05 Ram 12k on the 15 Ford. The Ram served me well and wasn't nipping at the wallet. Just time for a new TV with more creature comforts and capabilities. Towing is a night and day difference as is the price of fuel (18+ MPG vs the Ford's 13 MPG at best).

56k on my '07. I am also the only owner. I have a daily driver. The truck sits a lot. It's a double-edged sword though. On the one hand, it's great to keep the miles off the truck, but the payback is having the rotors rot out from lack of use. I had to do the brakes recently. The plan here is to keep it as long as possible. These things are expensive!

36k on my 2014 F 450. Nearly all towing the Montana. Had 235k on my 2003 F450 when I sold it. New truck makes up for cost in fuel economy.

My 2005 Silverado had 140,000 on it when I traded it a year and a half ago. It was still running like new but, due to it's age, we felt like we needed to trade it in while it was still worth something. And, wife and I are both retired. She wanted to trade up into something nicer that had heated leather seats and, I wanted a crew cab.

91,000 on a 2000 7.3 Ford Super Duty CC 4X4 SRW. Been with me a long time as I bought it new and it still does a good job. Just rides a bit rougher than the new ones and is defenently louder. Towing gets me somewhere between 11-14 MPG. Probably keep it a few more years and than see where the new pickups are at in terms of durability and mileage.

I have 65k on my 2014 F-350 king Ranch, it is 16 months old. I use it for my work as well as my TV. Bought it because a friend of mine has a 2012 with 245k on it and the only thing he has had to do was change the radiator, and maintenance of course. I am going for 350 to 400k before I replace, hope I'm right!

About 62,000 on our 2007 Classic Dually. Have discussed upgrading many times, but it is paid for and I absolutely love the pre-pollution control motor! Still pulls without a hiccup and although it maybe a little rough riding compared to the new models, it is still a beast and gets the job done.

Second owner since 05 with 149,000 on my 2000 F-350. The ole 7.3 will last forever if you change the oil at recommended intervals and keep the DC4 levels in the coolant checked. You can still work on them mostly on your own, don't have to pull the cab to do major engine work, cheaper taxes, cheaper insurance, very little emissions crap. Now I do lack torque and HP compared to newer, am a bit noiser, ride a bit stiffer ... nothing that really matters to me at this point in life.

Under 12k on our 2014 RAM. Most of it is towing the Monty. The Honda goes to FL with us in the winter and the truck isn't driven much down there.

Had 97,000 on the 2008 F250 when I traded it for the 2015 F350. It now has 7200 miles on it. Traded it because the new rig was a bit heavy for the F250. I do get much better milage with the new one.. That said it will take over 15 years for the milage to pay off.

I had 174K on my 2003 Duramax and would have kept it but needed more power now I have a 2007 Duramax with 176K on it both run smooth as silk

Only 73K on the 08 F-350 and @ 90 % of that is towing miles. We do drive it some but not much We put 700 miles on it since we returned in mid April but 265 of those are two round trip trips to our dealer for Montana repairs. It has never seen ice, snow, salt and is in perfect condition.
