Kansas, I-70
Passed two Montana's going west today in western Kansas, and am stopped overnight in a Salina KS KOA with two other Montana's. Just want to know if there is anyone from forum I should introduce myself too. Going home from two week stay at Colorado Springs.

Sorry we missed you! Usually we are home one or two months out of the year and this KOA is our home base. Tell the owners Terri and Darryl hello for us. It is a great overnite spot for Montana's!

It did turn out alright. I did not unhook( we are in poplar bluff Missouri tonight on our way home) and I got up and walked to subway to pick up breakfast and pack in lunch. Lot of pipeline workers staying there longterm. But I have seen that through several of the Kansas and Missouri campgrounds. Even in Colorado Springs, many of the films inthe campgrounds were living there in the TV's and they had Colorado plates. But different from other places I have stayed, nobody wanted to say hi when I walked by them.
In Tennessee, all the Yankees think we are saving at them. Actually, we are just swatting flies!

Marilyn and I have a house near Poplar Bluff. Collects dust and keeps stuff we can't bear to part with.

First time through poplar bluff, ever. Came this way to skip st Louis traffic on Friday afternoon. Not a bad drive. Heading to home base, Chattanooga.

We spent a couple nights near Chattanooga on our way down here to Alabama. Took time to visit the aquarium, we were impressed. I wanted to go out to the battlefield but it was closed because of the BS in Washington
