LIPPERT SLIDEOUT DIVISION

Just wanted to say thank you Dale Brubaker of Lippert Component's 574-537-8900 for the help. We had a slide pump that a severe oil leak. We found the contact information on this Montana forum and called Dale at Lippert Component's and 48 hours latter I had the new pump installed. This save me a trip to the dealership which is 90 miles from our home and the loss of work for a day. All that was required was that I have the old pump returned that was pre-paid. How refreshing to find a company willing to help without a hassle for warranty repairs

It's great to hear of companies and people that stand behind their products. Lippert has been mentioned on this forum many times as a company that takes care of its customers. Congratulations to you on a quick fix and to Lippert for great service.

I second the kudos for Lippert. We had a slide "hanging up" on retraction. An ammeter check showed a bad motor and/or pump, and Lippert stepped up to the plate and took care of the motor and pump replacement, plus labor. Top-notch Customer Service on their part.

Thanks, Li9ppert!!

Best,

Lippert came to my house to check and repair the frame on my trailer. Originally they wanted it back at the dealer but I told them the dealer was 75 mi away and that my house was 75 miles closer to their facility also so they came here.

Laura,

Your welcome!! And Welcome to MOC! Thanks to all of you for the kudos! I am truely blessed to have found this job with Lippert Components. I love what I do.......and get paid for it. There should be a law!

Lippert began producing slide systems in mid 2002 for the 2003 year models of most of the Keystone products. Since then, growth and expansion has been phenominal. Our company belives that customer service is the "tap root" to the business. Take care of the customer all the way across to the retail so they and others will come back and buy makes and models with our products in them. It's that simple!

Besides, I've mentioned before in this forum and other places....several of us in service and warranty are RVers also. So we understand your grief, for lack of a better word.

Have a good day!
