Mt. Airy NC

Arrived in Mt. Airy today after leaving Riverside RV Park. Staying in maberry Campground for a few days.
These rest areas going E 40 / N 81 sure was a surprise. Noticed at one the sign said "trucks only." The next one said "cars only." I guess campers are left out unless you use the "trucks only" rest area.

Don't forget to visit the worlds largest open pit granite mine. It can be seen from the international space station.

The local museum has the story of the Siamese Twins--Ying and Yang. Ask the campground about the story.
