What year and model is your rig?

I have an '06 3500RL with minor squeaks and creaks here and there but in the center of the flooring, not near any cabinets or trim (I think). I attribute it to poor construction and they didn't fasten the floor as best they could. Since it's minor we live with it, but if there's something obvious, we'd take care of it.

Thanks for the tip. Are you going to put the screw back in with some adhesive or sealant to attempt to quiet it down?

2010 3455sa is quiet without screw, do not intend to replace as it appears to be not needed

I glad that worked for you. I am going to hate to see what happens now, when all the DW's find a screwdriver and start helping !! You will see Monte's going down the road dragging the walls behind them ...

We don't have the central vac, but had the same squeak. We removed the screw in the same cabinet about a month after we had the rig and bye bye squeak
