Fresh Water Tank

Need advice on getting to my Fresh Water Tank in the rear of a 2000 Montana. I see Stabilizer jacks and Black under belly material. What is the procedure to get to this area. I see water about 4 or 6 inches (?) from the drain.

Is this a do it yourself job or otherwise? Would appreciate any and all input. Thanks in advance.

I answered your other post. if you have the time and ability. I let the dealer do it instead of doing it myself. be prepared for some of the underbelly screws to snap off.
