Hello,

Welcome to the MOC. You will be glad you joined us. There is a ton of information to be had here. Lots of "old salts" and new ideas to make your Montana experience better.

I have two brothers in Houston, both of whom were firemen and both were in the first class who graduated as EMTs in the HFD. One is now totally retired and the other is in high level landscaping design and construction.

I remember Magnolia as having a number of very beautifully maintained older homes.

Welcome to one of the best web sites you'll ever find for help with your Montana and for finding new friends. We're displaced native Texans, originally from Houston and Wharton, then from Austin/Lago Vista, and now living in Horse Prairie, Montana (about 45 miles south of Dillon in the Beaverhead Valley). My brother lives in Chappell Hill, Texas, and our oldest daughter lives in Bay City, Texas. We love Montana, but we'll always be Texans at heart! We're enjoying frigid RV living here while we're building a home. Welcome!

Welcome to the forum! I am not from Texas and have never been, but I have many, many friends who are from Texas. I just made another! Like Wayne & Carolyn, we live in our rig full-time in Alaska and it's darn cold!!! Grab a cup of coffee, jump right into the conversation and get ready for the ride!
