Top "Must Have" features

Just for fun, I thought I would ask what everyone's top three (or more) "Must Have" features are when they look at new floor plans. You know the things that if the unit doesn't have it is an immediate "not that one". Here are ours:

1. No slides extending into the awning area.
2. Table not a booth.
3. Living room that actually feels like a sticks and bricks (IE: the TV is in the right place for viewing). We really like the front living room layouts.

I intentionally did not mention the basement garage on our model as that is unique to it. I wanted to keep this more generic.

We liked the front kitchen model but the W/D hook ups were in the bedroom. not our preferred spot, we went with the Front living room mainly because the W/D is in the Kitchen, in retrospect, the front living room is a great feature

I had a smaller Forest River bumper pull. What I personally wanted on my new one was a king bed, 2 air conditioners (I live in Texas) and it be a 5th wheel. At first I was not liking for a washer and dryer but dang it come in handy. Its side by side units and is tucked away in it own closet in the hallway leading to the front on the trailer. 2013 3725RL.

For us it was storage, 6 point leveling, dual ac. Had residential fridges been common when we purchased, it would have been a requirement. We added a moen residential faucet in kitchen, Samsung 18 cu ft fridge, load range h wheels/tires, king size select comfort matress, Samsung 4k tv, better euro style recliners, and in may morryde I.S. will grace the beast.

I guess we could convert our basement garage to a wine cellar and my wife can use me as her dumb waiter. An inflatable hot tub and kiddie pool from Walmart and we are all set LOL

Something that hasn't been mentioned is no plumbing lines coming down through the basement - this is a trend I am seeing more and more in units - all I can see is gear sliding and busting a pipe along with less usable storage space

Also not mentioned yet: All doors and ceilings 6' 6" or higher, and king bed positioned so that you can walk around 3 sides comfortably; probably means it's in a slide area.

I think some of the ideas you want in a 50 to $60,000 dollar 5th wheel could be found in a $1,000,000 Marathon coach and not a poorly constructed 5th wheel by any brand.

Hey do you mind if I ask what you use your solar for? Boondocking? Do you think its worth the investment you have made?

Thanks for any information you can give me on it.
