Re-leveling

We've been onsite a couple of weeks and it seems like there is starting to be a bit more movement in the camper when someone walks around. We have 3 slides and the 6 pt auto leveling system. Will it hurt to re-level with the slides out or do we need to put them in first? Thinking we've had our blocks settle since setting up.
