There are two many things to list all of them. A couple are in a medical emergency helping to get you home as well as your rig.

Montana owners are always looking for the "best bang for the buck". To me, it is Medical Air Services Association (MASA). As we age, it is not "if" but "when" we will need this service.

MASA and SKYMED are both very good services and should be looked into. They are expensive but you get what you pay for.

After looking at both websites, it appears to me that they are organized to return you to your " home" area/airport/hospital.
Our home will be behind our tow vehicle and that's a very short flight. 
Are there other benefits not stated on their websites?

With both programs, you designate where your home is. For example, we sold out from Cedar Rapids, IA and presently have an address in Livingston, TX. We designated Cedar Rapids, IA as our "home" for medical purposes. That's where they will fly us to.

Where would you want your remains to be taken? Set that as your "home" address. MASA is also good for outside the USA. Repatriation of remain or air ambulance from outside the USA is financially devastating. With MASA, it is paid.
MASA also works for local ambulance service, say from your RV to the local ER.
