Sail Switch Location

Greetings all. Been a while since I posted. Work and life and all.

We have a 2012 3625RE and the furnace cycled once and then stopped.

The board LED is blinking once indicating an airflow issue.

Nothing is kinked.

I pulled the outside cover off but can't see the sail switch. Also took the cover off in the basement and can't locate it.

Do I need to remove the furnace to access it? I am not by the rig so can't load any pictures.

Appreciate any help!!

We just had the same issue, same single indicator light. Turned out to be lose thermostat wire at the control board. Check to make sure all connections at control board are tight. If not the tech working on ours said it’s probably the control board itself.
Good luck. Hopefully it’s just the lose wire

Thanks but when I take the cover off the blower is not visible. The way the furnace is installed all I see is the exhaust portion of the furnace not the what this shows.

Unless that outside access panel gives full access to front of the Atwood furnace you will need to completely remove unit.

Pic of front of Atwood furnace that you need to get to for sail switch check and replacement.

That is what I was afraid of....all I can see is the exhaust on the right.

Thanks.

Had a mouse in the squirrel cage of mine and when it started spinning the mouse got stuck between the spinning cage and the sale switch. Had to replace the switch and the plastic squirrel cage fan! Made a hell of a racket

I bet! No noise like that just won't ignite. We are going to the ocean this Thursday so maybe that ride will jar something loose if it is stuck on the sail switch.

If not we have the "fireplace" and a few space heaters.
