Trailer tire rotation

This may be a duplicate. I didn't see that my original message posted.

I am having some inside tire wear on the rear axle tires. I understand I have an alignment problem, but won't be at a place to get it fixed for 1000+ miles. my question is am I safe to rotate the tires side to side to buy me some time?
also, do any of you rotate tires on a regular basis.
My rig is a 2017 3790RD with about 13000 miles on the tires. We are full time. Have not rotated at all.
Thanks for your input.
