DISH sat TV troubles

Bought a brand new Pathway X2 Sat Antenna, 2 DISH Wally receivers, tripod, 2 50' RG-6 Co-ax cables, and a DISH account......
Can set either TV up as primary, works beautifully... Neither TV will work as secondary (maybe a little, sometimes!!)
Have spent over 7 hours on the phone with DISH and DISH Outdoors Tech support...
Traded the Pathway X2 in for a new one, as tech thought the secondary output was faulty...(4 hours driving time).. absolutely no difference with new one...
Have swapped cables, have wired direct from antenna to Wally, reset so many times I have lost track... the one Wally as secondary thinks it is aimed for Sat 119(Western Arc) when the dish is aimed and primary TV locked on Sat 72 or 61.5(Eastern Arc)...
Have tested output voltage on both Wally receivers.... steady at 13.12 volts DC, although the one did fluctuate when first measured from 0 to 19.99vdc..
I am losing my mind and patience... any thoughts?????

I assume that you have done a check switch on the secondary receiver? Disconnect the dish from the secondary receiver, run a check switch, reconnect and run check switch again. Although I think they have fixed it, you used to have to set up the Wally on a reqular dish the first time to download the correct software.

Thanks... However, we have done so many check switches I've lost track... even did them with the sat antenna not connected, then again with it connected........
I think it is a DISH network issue... Although they think I should exchange one of my Wally's for a new one.......
However, both work perfectly as the primary........
