Intriguing floor plan I like. Bathroom and walk in closet are really nice. However....what's with the lounge seat?? Who's going to use that? Get rid of that and leave it as another closet, and put disc brakes and IS suspension on it and I will be on it in a heart beat. Otherwise I will be moving on to SOB with disc brakes and IS suspension.
