Water Pump

Not getting any power to the pump. All the fuses are good and when I switch on the pump the light comes on.

Check the power out connection on the back of the switch.

I don't know your year or model so it could vary. On mine you remove the panel it is mounted in. I wouldn't think it would be hard to get at.

When you ask questions on the forum about your 5er it always helps to state your year and model or place it in your signature line below. Signature line can be entered in your registration.

Find the pump and verify that it is getting 12 volts when the switch is turned on. If it is, then I would suspect a bad pump. If no power, pull out the panel to get to the back of the switch and check for power there (coming in and going out to pump). If no power at the switch, check the fuse for the pump. If fuse is good, pull off panel cover and check for loose connections.

DO ALL THESE CHECKS WITHOUT BEING PLUGGED INTO SURE POWER !!!
