Tucson to Gila Bend, 86?

Looking at options, sooo

Any feedback on 86 through the Tohono O'odham Reservation, via Narcho Santos, Why and Ajo?

Any road situations we should be warned about?

Noting it is very near Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. So, asking, again, any feedback on some of the campgrounds in Why or Ajo??

Not prepared to boondock in Organ at this time.

And, maybe 2 to 4 rigs??

Lots of speculation, feedback is so welcome!

We use 86 all the time. It is a good 2 lane road. Have no knowledge of campgrounds as we love Organ Pipe.

Same for us, never camped down there, but have used the road regularly.

We've stayed at a Passport America park (don't remember the name) in Ajo. Very nice park and interesting area.
