Inverter for truck

I have the inverter changed over to the new '08, on the '06 I had it hard mounted, but this one will have the 120 Volt outlet on a flex cord. I can put it up when not in use, and bring it out when charging batteries for my tools, or the laptop.

Inverter outlet;
hidden
ready for use
flexible
He he, I figured it out.........

Hey Ozz: Why not plug a battery charger in and charge the truck battery all the time. I believe you may have the answer to the energy shortage!! g

hahahaha - good one Bigmurf.

Nice upgrade Ozz! I was thinking about something along the same lines, especially after seeing the new Toyota cruiser with a built in receptacle in the back by the tailgate.

Brad, thanks for the idea. Now I can out do Ozz and mount a GFI outdoor outlet back by the tail gate for my inverter. Then I can say I meet code.

Ther-ya-go Dennis!

BTW - will a GFI work harmoniously with an inverter? (I'm new to the inverter thing - just got one last trip for $11 to power the kids PSP charger).
