Liquid sealant around vents?

I need to change out the plastic domes on the fantastic fans. They used some type of sealant that is poured around the vent. Does anyone know the name of this sealant?

The product is Dicor Lap Sealant. It is available at your local RV Dealer.

Here is a description from Dicor's website:

Dicor Lap Sealant helps create a watertight seal along a roof's edges, around air vents, vent pipes, air conditioners and screw heads.
