Fantastic Fan

I have a fantastic fan that has a mind of it's own. For some unknown reason sometimes it will work with the thermostat, sometimes it won't. It also seems to be happening more often that not now. But if I operate it manually it works fine. My thoughts are the thermostat, but when I turn the thermostat on I feel when it clicks in but nothing happens, not even a noise of the motor trying to start. Any idea's?

Contact them, their service is excellent! They will talk you through trouble shooting and send you whatever you need to fix it.

Ditto what "Ishler" said. We had a problem with one on our last rig and the service received from the manufacturer was "OUTSTANDING".

Fantastic Fan service is "Fantastic". If other manufacturers were as good, the number of posts in Forums such as this would drop by 70% or more.
