Slide out secondary seal

Fyi, if your slide out secondary seals are getting grungie, torn, or melted due to using the wrong cleaner on them....what was used on the 2013 montana was a bulb seal that slides in a groove and the slide in flange part is a tad under a quarter inch. This seal is the on on the outer flange of the slideout. I bought new seal material from LaMesa RV and the product number is AP 018-338-BLK. The LaMesa part number is 13-1054. My living and kitchen slides used 30 feet per slide, was easy to replace once I was able to back out the holding screws, and I will be happy to have no more melted rubber marks left on the side walls of the rv. Yea me!

I bought enough to re-do my entire 5er. It was all black, then I discovered that they make this -----> http://www.trekwood.com/products/300...k-Gray-1000-Bx

I don't know if it keeps the black streaks off of the walls, but it looks like it might work.

I have those black and gray seals on my 2011 3455sa. I am sure they are from the factory.
