Just want to say it's a sad day when a football game can shut down Happy Hour and the campfire at Q

Agreed. I'm a Manning fan through and through, but what the heck was wrong with Brady? I've never seen him play so badly. Oh well turned out great, IMHO. Also, if Manning is on his game in the Super Bowl, the Seahawks don't stand a chance of winning. Maybe getting a spanking, but not winning.

Here's a thought:

Both teams that are heading to the SuperBowl come from states that just legalized marijuana.

This will give a new meaning to the term: Super Bowl....

I never thought of it that way, but I'm going to watch with added enthusiasm now! I'm sure they'll throw a lot of high balls (or something like that)! Just watch for Doritos on the sidelines and you'll have your answer!!!

We're going with the Seahawks, too, but for what some might call an odd reason. While we love Payton, we also love Tim Tebow. After he saved the Broncos bacon when he took over QB duties there, Elway threw him away. Then the Jets put the finishing nails in his coffin by never letting him play or even develop. Not saying they would be in the SB with him at the helm rather than Payton, but Manning will not be out there much longer and Tebow was poised to do well, IMHO. Anyway, Denver lost many Gator fans who were trying to embrace their team. So, we will pull for Seattle.

Agreed Jimmy!! Hawks will shut down the one dimensional Broncos.

My wife still has no voice today. And we were at home in Redmond...

It's a sad state of affairs when a professional playoff game is decided by the referees. GO DENVER!!!!!

I'm no expert at football, but I do enjoy watching the game played well. I heard some interesting info today on the local radio that when the top defensive and top offensive teams come together, the top defensive team wins almost everytime. I guess we'll wait and see. I'm sure most people will agree it should be an exciting game. Go HAWKS!

Agreed......last time the Seahawks were in the Super Bowl the refs stole the game from them and gave the "Stealers" the game.

As a New Englander and thus a Pats fan I never thought they would get as far as they did with all the injuries we've had. The playoff game with Denver was simply a defencive game. the Pats had no defence and the Bronco's showed their best defense. Peyton is a great QB but anyone could have shredded the NE defense in that game. jmho

I am picking the Seahawks because their defense will do a much better job than the Broncos will and Lynch will have a field day running and controlling the game thereby keeping Bronco offense off the field. The Seahawks offense is no slouch either , Mr Wilson is pretty good his self and can throw and run as well.

Yep I think you are right my man if Denver cannot stop Lynch and we are able to get a pass rush on Manning it is going to be a rough day for Denver BUT you can never count out the old Wiley Veteran Manning he is a master at picking apart D's
