Water Quality

We have owned our 3400 since August and still have foul tasting water coming out of faucets. We have tested the water coming out of main hook-up and just the hose and it is diffinetly changing when running thru rig plumbing We even tried flushing system lines with bleach. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions on how we might correct. Thanks for everyones help, ths forum is AWESOME

I had the same problem in the bathroom sink, and it turned out to be stale water trapped in the washer lines. Since we don't have a washer installed, I installed a shutoff in the line to prevent the backflow, and it solved the problem.

Dave, I have an '06 3400RL and have not had this problem. I use a dual canister filtration system from www.rvwaterfilterstore.com AND a undercounter water drinking filter near the kitchen sink.
