Peoria AZ - Pleasant Harbor Rv Resort

Started researching AZ for 2007/8 winter. Has anyone stayed at Pleasant Harbor RV Resort near Peoria - just north of phoenix?
Appreciate any info on the campground or the general area.

I have never stayed there, but have driven by it. The RV park is on high ground overlooking the lake, dam and the marina. Very few trees. It is about 15 miles from major shopping. If you stay there do NOT take your Monty to Orangewood RV. Worst service I have ever had.

We are looking to go there Jan, Feb and March 08. We have reserved a place in Umatilla Florida for this winter Jan, Feb and March 07.
