2015 Montana 305RL HC slide issue

Our slides are contolled by the motor and cable, pulley system. The drivers side main slide has an issue. The underside has two groves abount six inches apart being worn into the plywood. Has anyone had this issue? Is there an adjustment to be done or is this a more serious issue.Click image for larger version

I'd check under the inside edge of the slide. Make sure nothing is caught under there. Also make sure the rollers are turning, but it looks like something might be caught or screws or something protruding just past the rollers.

My 2020 381th. Slide has rollers but it doesn’t touch rollers at all.

Put a level on your slide to see if it is opening and retracting on plane. You may need to adjust cables so the slide is moving on the correct plane. Also, some of these slides, when fully extended, actually slip down into a groove at the end of travel. If the slide is not on plane it may be dragging across something (carpet tack strip, screw, or anything else underneath) not normally coming in contact if on plane.
