Life time warranty
Hello All,
In the fall of 2006 the wife bought a couple of camping chairs. The brand was Picnic Time. She paid about $60 each. I thought she was nuts paying that for a chair.
OK, fast forward 10 years. We are still using those same chairs, however a week ago the bottom of one ripped out at a seam.
Wanting to buy a couple more, got on the net, found that Picnic Time has a lifetime warranty on their chairs. Wrote to them, yes that is correct, sent a couple of pictures, and they sent me 2 new chairs. No charge.
Just a FYI. Jim

I put a lifetime warranty on every thing we make, if you die soon enough.

That's great! I bought a pocket watch many years ago with a lifetime warranty. When it quit I took it back. Store keeper told me it's lifetime was over

Life time warranty... I chuckle every time I hear that phrase. Somehow, it doesn't have the same meaning that it once did.

I was joking when I said if you die soon enough. I will fix anything that I ever made. I've repaired products I made 20 years ago replaced them if I had to. I've even repaired my competitions products no charge ever. And I've never had a year we didn't sell more than the year before. Looking after your customers don't cost it makes money. That is my point.

I was referring to my advancing years. Lifetime warranty was of more value to me when I was 20 than today at 60+
