"email already in use"????? HELP!!

I am trying to get a new member registered here and we keep getting "email already in use" messages. This is his email but he doesn't remember ever registering. His email is as follows: way2gocamping@yahoo.com If this email is already in use then how do we find out the user name for that email? This the only email he has... Dave P.S. his screen name is WF1S and his name is Jack Wolfe.
