I was very happy to see that my new 2012 F350 came OEM with Michelin. For many years I have replaced the tires on my trucks and the DW's vehicles with Michelins after the OEM ones wore out. Also have them on the Monty.
Have never had a failure and can't remember more than one or two flats over many years and miles.

I am very disappointed. I tried to put Michelins on my 2008 GMC 3500 and they do not make a tire to fit it. I ended up having to go with a General instead.

Only Ozz would fit his truck with 200# anvils so he could compare the difference Besides being tough did the Michelins also improve the ride?

Michelins came OE on my Ford Truck. I tow a car hauler and a dump trailer in addition to the Monty. There is a trailer behind me for at least 50% of the miles on my truck. I also drive a lot of stop and go city type driving. I usually get about 30000 miles on a set of tires. I was surprised when the OE set lasted for 40000 miles under the severe conditions I operated them in. They are 20 inch rims that require a pretty big tire and most likely helped with the mileage. I just replaced them with the identical Michelin tire.

My '04 dodge came with Michelins. It has 80K miles now (I got it with 56K) and since the tires have a 2003 date stamp, I assume they are original. It looks like I still have close to 50% left on the tires. Michelin does know how to make a good tire.

I am glad you are getting such good mileage from them. I am on my 3er set and will need a 4th by spring. Now have 140k on truck and counting.

97,500 miles on my 2006 Dodge 3500 Diesel and still a decent amount of tread left. 40,000 miles are towing our Monty 3400RL. Sure wish they made trailer tires, but perhaps they know better.

About truck tires: I tow my Monty from Sterling, Alaska to "warm country down south" every year (September thru April). Overall I put about 12,000 towing miles on my truck tires and an additional estimated 8,000 miles not towing every year. I'm getting around 30,000 miles out of my truck tires before they have to be replaced (never had a flat). That service has been the same for Michelin and BF Goodrich Commercial T/A. On both brands the tread wears very evenly from side to side and the rear tires (dually) wear around twice as fast as the front tires (towing). I rotate them at about 4000 to 6000 mile intervals to keep them all wearing evenly. I sure wish I could get 50 or 60,000 from tires...its pretty costly to replace six tires every 1 1/2 round trips south.

As a side comment I've learned to watch my tire pressures, lug nut tightnes, and hubcaps closely when I have tires rotated at tire shops....with some exceptions they are VERY sloppy on all counts and I have to have them correct one or more problems before driving away.
