Corpus Christi
Looking for suggestions on some campgrounds around the Corpus Christi area off of HWY 77. We're heading for Houston but will only be making it up to around CC after the new axle is installed and need some help for CGs.

Hi you guys: Where are you coming from? Are you going to stay overnight in corpus? The parks themselves are in the city. There is a park that we have stayed in in Portland off of 181. It is called Seabreeze RV park. Thee will be some winter texans there. I would recommend calling ahead. There is also a park right on the bay of Corpus Christi, Puerta de Sol, you could use for overnight. Then you could get back on 77 which turns into 59, to Houston. Let me know your plans and we will try to help..Janet

Thanks Janet! We're sitting at Sea Breeze but got in late so didn't call you and we are running short on our MiFi time till the end of the month so thought I'd drop you a line and get off. Nice park and hope to see more of it before we leave tomarrow before noon. We're heading for Houston or points near there for another night stayover and then head for a neices acreage near Huffman to spend a few days with them. Thanks again and hope is going well for you and Rollie!

Sorry you won't be here for a few days. We would love to see you guys. We are out on the island near the National seashore. Glad you liked Sea Breeze. If you are heading along I-10 east of Houston, there is a passport park in Beaumont that is great. Otherwose head to Livingston and the Escappee park there, also very nice. Hugs Janet

If you can make it another twenty miles or so you will be in Rockport. The place is loaded with RV parks, but my CRS disease won't let me think of any names.
