Help!

OK, I did something to my 'Puter.
When I open a window (any window) now, it's maybe 1/2 size, I have to hit the little square to open it.
ANNOYING, how do I fix that?

open the window, go to the lower right corner, click hold and drag to full size. should stay that size when you reopen. steve
